Foundation Insurance Services, LLC was founded in October, 1996 to provide integrated insurance and financial services opportunities to leverage the changing playing field as it developed recognizing that traditional silo thinking was antiquated and that integration of product and services was the new way insurance and financial services would be conducted in the future. Inside of this context Foundation Insurance Services, LLC provides both strategic and tactical leadership in recognizing and capitalizing upon emerging market opportunities through products and concepts both shelf and proprietary, strategic partnerships and alliances, cross sell programs aimed at increasing “share of wallet” and increased wholesale and retail market distribution.

Change is a constant. In the face of change some chose not to act, fearing the unknown and holding to the “tried and true” strategy of lengthening the “stovepipe” will increase business and grow more clients. This strategy is inherently flawed. Only intelligent acceptance of change will allow one to control their destiny. This outcome will be achieved by adopting and applying change creatively.

CompareTerm® is the term life insurance product and database entity of Foundation Insurance Services, LLC. CompareTerm® provides quote engines. One objective database provides ranking based on price only. This methodology provides ranking from least expensive to most expensive. Nothing that would influence carrier choice or placement in ranking order is permitted thereby producing an objective and reliable source of coverage pricing.

A second database permits agents and financial professionals to produce full NAIC illustrations on line without the need to download company specific software. All necessary forms including state specific forms are provided online through form generators.

A third database permits comparison reports based on specific selected companies and products. These reports are producer and client compliant.

CompareTerm® provides a producer with the ability to purchase term life insurance for a client over the Internet online where such purchase is permitted by state law or regulation (prohibited in New York).  Consumers also have access to the site.
